SAREG is currently looking for a full-time, English/French-speaking receptionist and office secretary for our English-speaking office in St Pierre en Faucigny (Haute-Savoie).

If you enjoy daily contact with clients and colleagues alike, have a good level of administrative skills, a good telephone manner, and are not afraid to deal with all the varied tasks of keeping an office organised, then this role would suit you perfectly!

You need to either be French with a good knowledge of English, or English with a high level of French, as the role also includes some work with our legal team, and drawing up important letters in both French and English.

We are actively looking for a new bilingual administrative assistant to join our English-speaking team in St Pierre en Faucigny.  You need to be professional, personable, organised, and willing to deal with all administrative and secretarial tasks, from reception and switchboard, to assisting with our English-speaking clients.

Experience as an office secretary is a must, as is the willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a busy team.  This role is varied and requires flexibility with a smile!  Training will be given on specific aspects of the English-speaking service and assistance related to taxation.  An eye for detail and a head for figures would be appreciated.
